It's true...a vegan recipe for scrambled eggs. I promise you will be pleasantly surprised on this one.
You will need:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 or 4 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 block of firm tofu
- Vegetable oil
Crumble in tofu and nutritional yeast. Heat until heated through.
