This one sounds a bit strange, but it turned out really good. I think Rach has claimed the leftovers on this one.
You will need:
- Olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper
